The Alexander Technique is a holistic approach popular in Europe (and famous among Hollywood actors) – it’s a non-surgical, non-invasive, drug-free solution to chronic pain, well-known for back pain relief. | Description: | The Houston School for the Alexander Technique will offer its first Teacher Training program beginning Sept. 2010. This four year program is designed to allow people with employment in Houston or surrounding areas to become teachers of the technique without having to move elsewhere to train. The school meets to study for an extended weekend each month from September through May (please request a course schedule). Other requirements include a five day course in Boca Raton in February. |
